How it works
Two ways to invest, one set of controls
Choose a managed strategy that pools investors at a published NAV, or copy a trader position by position in an account of your own.
Step by step
Getting started
- 01
Create your account
Sign up with your e-mail, confirm it, and turn on two-factor authentication.
- 02
Verify your identity
Upload an ID document and take a quick selfie. Our team reviews your application before your account opens.
- 03
Fund your wallet
Send a bank transfer or crypto deposit using the details in your account, or ask your account manager. Funds are credited once confirmed.
- 04
Allocate or copy
Pick a strategy, review its terms and fees, and choose an amount. You can start small.
- 05
Monitor and adjust
Follow NAV and positions, change your copy settings, pause, or redeem within the strategy terms.
Managed strategies
When you allocate to a managed strategy, your money joins a pool that a provider trades. You receive units priced at the strategy's net asset value (NAV) per unit at the next dealing run. The value of your holding is your units multiplied by the latest NAV.
- Dealing happens daily at a published cut-off; allocations and redemptions requested before it are priced at that run.
- Lock-ups and notice periods are stated on each strategy. They exist so providers are not forced to sell at bad prices.
- Fees are a management fee accrued daily and a performance fee charged only on new highs (a high-water mark).
Copy trading
When you copy a trader, a follower account is opened in your name and every trade the provider makes is replicated in it, sized to your allocation. You keep control of the settings:
- Multiplier from 0.1× to 3× scales every copied position.
- Exposure caps limit how much of your equity can sit in one instrument, and in total.
- Drawdown stop pauses copying automatically if your equity falls by the percentage you choose.
- Stop at any time and choose whether to close copied positions or keep them.
Where your money sits
Your wallet balance, allocations and fees are all entries in a double-entry ledger. Nothing changes a balance without a matching journal, and the ledger is reconciled every day. You can download a statement for any month.
Risk controls when you copy
Multiplier
Copy at a fraction of the provider’s size while you get comfortable, or scale up to three times.
Exposure caps
Cap any single instrument at a share of your equity so one trade cannot dominate your account.
Drawdown stop
If your equity falls past your limit, copying pauses and we notify you straight away.
Pause any time
Pausing stops new trades immediately; resuming picks up from the provider’s next trade.
FAQ
Common questions about strategies and copying
Short answers to what investors ask most. Anything else, our team is a message away.
What is the difference between allocating and copying?
Allocating buys units in a pooled strategy at its NAV per unit, priced at a daily dealing run. Copying opens a follower account in your name that mirrors a trader’s positions in proportion to your allocation, with your own multiplier, exposure caps and drawdown stop. See how it works for the details.
How are the performance figures calculated?
Returns are time-weighted from daily NAV closes; drawdown is measured peak to trough on those closes; volatility and Sharpe ratio are annualised from daily returns. Each strategy page shows the exact basis beside the figures. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Can I stop copying or redeem whenever I like?
You can pause or stop copying at any time and choose whether to close the copied positions or keep them. Managed strategies may have a lock-up or notice period, stated on the strategy page before you allocate; redemptions are priced at the next dealing run after those terms are met.
